replace vinyl flooring in the kitchen and dining room

Hello there, got an old fashion vinyl flooring in the kitchen and faded carpet in th dining wall. Would like to replace it all with modern vinyl flooring. Th house is around 10 yrs old, with concrete basement. Timing wise - any time soon / early Jan. The house’s empty at the moment with attached garage for storing equipment over night.
