Floor Sanding and Staining

I have a small galley kitchen and dining area floor that needs to be sanded and stained, it has been done previously but the kitchen has been remodeled and there are a couple of areas that need work. The house is a rental property so i have limited access for quoting but the property will be vacant from 24th July.
