Laying Vinyl floor Planks (as supplied by owner)

Remove top (3rd layer of floating/unglued) existing vinyl roll. Lay new planks over top of. existing two layers, may need a light 'key-in' sanding. Unknown until top layer is removed. Approx. dimensions: Kitchen 12.5m² (including Pantry cup'd. Laundry: 7.0±m² incl.2 alcoves. Base floor Concrete. May need help to move 2xFridges, Washer and Dryer, 2x room doors, 2x cup'd doors, due to Mobility, Health and Age of Owners. Early start date much appreciated.
