Floor sanding and refinishing

After about 47SQm roughly to be sanded and refinished - currently has 2 coats of water based seal on it, aware they aren’t in perfect condition, test sanding patch as shown in the hallway was done to see if it old sanding mistakes could be fixed (seems to be okay). Is a kitchen, hallway, and a very small scullery.
