4.3sqm of tiles and floor leveling screed to be removed. Most of the tiles are cracked so should come up easily. There is a thin layer of leveling screed beneath that needs to be removed back to the original timber floor which we want sanded and finished to match the timber floor outside the kitchen. We will shift the oven, fridge & dishwasher before starting.
