Old concrete sealing and leveling and Vinyl plank laying.

We have a basement with a 1950s concrete slab (no DPC, approximately 40 sq Metres) and we want it sealed with Hydropoxy or similar . . and leveled with compatible leveling compound. Or a product that levels a waterproofs . The finish needs to be smooth enough to take direct stick LVP or Limestone based planks. We need this to be commenced in the next 7 days and it will be in two halves, as there will be some furniture that will need to move from one side to the other, on completion of the first area.
