Level floor to install vynil planks

Hi there, we are going to install vynil plank but there is a chance that the floor is not even enough for it (3mm tolerance). If that the case I will need help to level it up. The total area is 65sqm but I expect to have problems in just a few areas as it is 1990's house, so not that old. I will have more details when I remove the carpet, but wanted to get some quotes now to have them ready in case I need to move forward with this asap. Thanks, Maurice.
