Would like kitchen and bathroom floors (pine T&G) sanded and finished with stain and poly (satin finish) to match (as close as is realistic) existing floors in rest of house. The existing floors are well-worn but in acceptable condition, so not looking for a brilliantly smooth finish. Hoping to have the work completed while we are away, Nov 14-17 (Thursday to Sunday).
