Hardwood flooring - living room, + Tiles in kitchen

To replace existing carpet/vinyl on the ground level with hardwood/tiles. Floors on ground level are concrete. Indicative floor area attached - please note that the plan is not as simple as shown on the drawing; there are a few walls between. I would be happy to receive suggestion/options on materials and underfloor heating. --- As a second part, at later stage, I will be looking at replacing all carpets on the second level and stairs.
