Lay floor

I’d like a price estimate to lay 40 square metres of laminate wooden floor over concrete. The concrete is level and in excellent condition and the area is rectangular 10 metres by 4 metres with a bathroom of 2x2 metres. Please reply only if you are available in 3 weeks and include an estimate per metre. Thanks
