As part of a renovation of my laundry and entrance way I'm having new oak timber laid as flooring. I need someone to sand it and then apply polyurethane. The area is about 8msq. I need the job done in the week of 23 to 26 April. Later in the year I am also doing the same to my kitchen but this will be a separate job.
