Tile Removal

We have been let down by a floor prepper. We need tiles removed from the floor but we need to keep the tile underlay under the tiles. The tile underlay has to stay as it will mean we have the same sub floor height through 2 different spaces, which will then have laminate laid on top. Job required to be completed urgently and to a high standard. The tile will also need to be cut off at the kitchen cabinetry as the kitchen was built on top of the tiles and it does not have removable toe kicks. Space is approx 20m2.
