Looking to remove some of our carpet next to the kitchen (will be a dining area) and replace this with laminate flooring, this also involves redoing the current floor in the kitchen laundry area. This is currently done with what we think is laminate flooring. Opportunity to remove a piece of wall that we aren't sure if it is structural or not.
