Floor - concrete floor sealing

We've had patches of mould on our carpet where it has had heavy objects on it and can't breathe, in our basement. Concrete slab with breeze block walls with earth behind it, so we suspect there is some damp coming in. Please give us advice and a quote to seal it. Floor area approx. 30m2.
