Sand + finish rimu floor

Kia ora, We have rimu flooring in two rooms of our 1950s house in Frankleigh Park that we would like to have sanded and finished. The floorboards have been covered by carpet for decades and we’ve removed that and would like to have the floor refinished. It’s in two rooms - a living room of around 7.4 x 4m, and a foyer of around 2.2 x 3.6m. We’d need this to take place in late March or early April ideally! If you could please let us know a ballpark figure and duration for the job when you express interest, that would be fantastic. We won’t hold you to that, just great to have a rough idea of what to expect!
