getting lino down

I need to have LINO -Forbo Marmoleum laid onto new contrete floors in Kitchen, hallway, toilet , bathroom, entrance area and Art room .. need to check roll of full LINO is still usable (3-4years old on the roll) and what it will cost etc , thanks
