I have a small room about 3m x 2m (possibly old laundry) which has carpet installed on top of concrete and has dampness & mould issues. I’m guessing a vapour barrier was not installed under the concrete when it was poured. I'm looking for a quote to remove the carpet and apply a concrete sealer, specifically a moisture barrier sealer, to stop the dampness.
