Pull up carpet and restore wooden floors underneath - almost whole house.

I need carpet pulled and the original wooden floors underneath restored and finished. I don't know the state of the wood under the carpet. I attach a photo of the dining room area to indicate what is underneath the current carpet in the other rooms. Areas required: 1. Hallway 8m long 2. Hallway 5m long 3. Bedroom 3.5 x 4.5m 4. Bedroom 5 x 4.5m 5. Bedroom 6 x 4.5m In addition there is another bedroom and hallway area I need carpet pulled and wooden floors made safe (nails and tacks removed). The floors do not need to be restored - I'm going to remove some walls later and finish these floors after that. The house is almost empty, just a couple of boxes and a bed which I will shift to ensure the rooms are clear. I would like the work done in January, at the latest finished by early February.
