T&G remove and replace with ply

NOTE: this job has tight timeframes so please make sure you can work with these before requesting contact. About 65sqm of mainly exposed rimu flooring needs careful removal and replacement with H3.2 treated ply. While the floors are up, hogging in the middle of rooms to be removed to make the floors as flat as possible. Once the floors are up, we will have a borer treatment and insulation installed by separate contractors. Timeline: Floors lifted by you - ASAP Subfloor borer treatment - November 2nd Insulation installation - November 15th Ply to be laid by you - November 16th Carpet laying - November 21st See floor plan - the highlighted area shows where the floors are to be lifted.
