Sand & Polish Kitchen/Bedroom

Hi, We are hoping to get the wooden floors in the kitchen sanded & polished prior to moving into our new home. It's a pretty small area (2mx1.5m? tbc) so hopefully it should be pretty straightforward. Also looking to maybe get the rest of the house (3 bedrooms/hallway) done as well, although this will depend on the cost & time involved. It would be great if we could get the work completed early next week (cheeky I know) as we can hold off moving in for a few days. Thanks :o)
