Tui Pa Marae Wharenui floor replacement

We need floorboards to be removed and replaced in our Wharenui (Meeting House). We would like the work quoted asap, please. We are looking at completing this job before re-carpeting. Approximately Mid March we would like the work done. I have attached pics, the floor looks ok in the first 2 pics, but underneath the wood ther floor (particle board) has deteriated. There 2 or 3 soft spots when you walk on the floor inside, so we figured replacing the lot. At this time we won't consider insulating other then probably laying plastic sheeting directly over the dirt. I can be contacted at --- and/or --- any time. For any quote appointment, the ideal time to do this for me is 3.30pm any day of the week, and anytime on the weekend. Can you help? This job is urgent for us. Thank you.
