Laying Vinyl Sheet Flooring

I need to have a vinyl sheet flooring laid including underlayment in the kitchen and dining room. I've estimated the area to be around 21m2 but I've attached a floorpan with measurements as well. I will remove the existing floating vinyl plank floor and I'm happy to supply any materials required or you could quote for materials as well. We would like the vinyl to be a faux timber pattern.
