Refinish timber floor

We have some floors that need to be sanded back and refinished, including staining. Floors are a combination of (I think) douglas fir and rimu (only in one room). We would like to aim for roughly the same colour throughout, so might require slightly different stains depending on the timber. Mostly single level (no stairs) but there are a few little steps to work around. 130 square metres in total. Please provide an indicative square metre rate and you're welcome to view the place to give a firm quote. Work will need to be done in mid-late January.
