Bathroom and laundry subfloor repair

Have a wash house , hot water cylinder and bathroom floor to be ripped out and repaired. All has been damaged from being wet and not properly covered for over 20 years. The whole area is in same area of house and is about 5m X 2.5 with a wall dividing the washhouse and bathroom. Needing it done asap for my grandmother as she is having mobility issues and it’s not safe. Getting it done fast is a must as she will still be in the house during Reno. This is not a patch work job the whole floor needs to go as we are wanting to convert her bathroom into a wetroom.
