Rimu T&G floor 135mm x 20mm

I have 10.4 sq mtrs to be fitted in my Lounge. The area has a particle board floor which was carpeted when extension and fireplace removal was done by previous owner. There is Rimu T&G flooring on the balance of my lounge floor and I hope to match it as close as possible. Also looking at sanding and coating/staining the entire area apporx. 57 sq. mtrs would appreciate a quote and advice. I can source the flooring if required. Thanks!!!
