Covid 19 did delay the onset of work.....nothing to do with the tradesperson. He completed the job within the time frame agreed upon. Inspite of having English language limitations,the tradesperson communicated very well,with clarity and no misunderstanding. We were fortunate to engage with the tradesperson who was honest,warm and a man of integrity
