Job description
We have a concrete floor with Karndean vinyl planks. We need this existing flooring removed and new vinyl planks laid. We do not yet have new vinyl planks, will purchase after successful measure and quote. This is the last step in a renovation process and we are keen for completion.

Tradesman was late to every appointment. Quote was high. Completion date not achieved, and we had a committed timeline which was communicated to tradesman. Job done required repair and initially tradesman was prepared to return to fix issues, but then didn’t turn up. On contact he was abusive and refused to return to complete his job. We are not impressed and would not recommend to anyone

"Complete lies. Job doesn’t require fixing just needs completing. Client demand discount for not completing job in one day even though I was happy to stay and finish. Didn’t want me in home after 5pm was returning until rude email from client. Job 95% complete only 70% paid."
