floor of 1920s villa needs levelling before covering with engineered wood floor. Area to level is made up of two squares next to each other. One square (13 sqm) is original floorborards, the other square (25sqm) is chipboard. the chipboard side is not level and falls approx 3cm over 5m away from the junction to the original floorboard square. We would like to level then install kitchen, then install new flooring later on.
