Bathroom and Laundry vinyl tiling needed

This DIY project quickly outclassed my skill set. Bathroom is 2.3m L x 1.6m W, laundry is about the same. Waterproofed the bathroom floor with a brush on membrane. Bought adhesive vinyl flooring tiles to do job. Not sure if it's the tiles or tools or the operater (most likely) but she ain't looking good. Would love job to be finished ASAP (doesn't everyone?) someone will be around so job can be started and stopped as needed. Advise dearly sort after at a minimum Willing to scrap vinyl tiles and use recommend products
