New flooring for Living & Master Bedroom

We have a large living area (approx 60m2) which needs floating wooden flooring laid onto good condition concrete floor (Bunnings/Mitre 10 type) - the carpet will have been removed. The house is early 90s and the carpet extends approx 8cm up the wall so the flooring will need to do this too we are guessing? We would then like the carpet and underlay that we have removed from the living (approx 4 year old carpet and underlay) re-laid in the master bedroom (approx 35m2) and joined to the tiling in the hall and ensuite.
