Lay timber flooring on concrete floor

We have 40 sqm of timber (Rimu) to be installed. Timber is on site and ready for installation. Previous tiles have been removed and most of glue that affixed them also removed. There is a small amount of residue glue that requires removal prior to laying. Planks range in size upto 5 metres, and are 19mm thick.
