Restore wood flooring in kitchen

Kia ora, We are having our kitchen redone, and would like to also have the wooden floor sanded and refinished as part of that. It is likely the kitchen will be removed and installed in either early December, or more likely late January. Ideally, we would like to organise things so that the flooring can be done after the old kitchen is removed, and before the next one is installed. I've included photos, and broadly speaking the area is 4600mm at its widest, and 3600mm at its deepest. I'm looking to organise a visit to discuss what's needed/options and to organise a quote.
