Rotten floor replacement

Hi, I am looking for a builder who can replace some rotten flooring in a bathroom. I have a flooring man coming to lay new flooring on April 24th. However, while removing the current cork tiles, I have discovered there is some rotten floor board (particle board) that will need replacing. Is there any builder out there who is able to squeeze a job in before April 24th? It seems to be a confined area near beside the shower. I am a stay-at-home mum so timing is very flexible.Many thanks
