Bathroom floor repair

Unsure if it’s incorrect installation of tiles on wooden subfloor or the result of expansion and shrinkage on subfloor cause by (recently repair) inner wall water leakage. Tiles now moving and grout cracking. Want to replace with waterproof vinyl. Quote for tiles removal and installation of new waterproof vinyl approximate floor area 2.3m x 1.7m, including vapour/moisture barrier. Need to know time required to complete job and if bathroom can be access instantly after such installation. Vinyl over tiles would also to be considered to save cost. Many thanks
