Vinyl floor laying

We have approximately 34 sqm of 914 x 914mm vinyl tiles that need to be layed in kitchen, entry & en-suite. Rough sizes; Kitchen (6x3m) Entry (1.9x1.5m) En-suit (1.8x2.9m) respectively. I can email floor plan if needed. Entry is new concrete, en-suite is old but clean chip board which will require a light sand (previously carpeted) and the kitchen has vinyl that we would like patched and covered with say 4.75mm thin-line board. The job will be ready in about 4 to 5 weeks and will be free of kitchen cupboards and bathroom fittings. Easy job for professional layer and can work weekend if so wish.
