Quote on restoring mystery rimu floors!

I am looking for someone to quote on the cost of restoring/polishing rimu floors for parts of a small 1930's house (floors currently carpeted but this will be removed before quote). Area is approximately 35m2 (kitchen, lounge and spare room). Unfortunately I'm unsure of the condition of floors at the moment as I don't settle on the property until 17th March, but told they're original rimu. Dates are important - I would like the quote to be done 20th March and work to be done in the last week of March if possible so I can give it time to set and move furniture in the following week.
