Install Bamboo flooring

Installation of bamboo flooring to +/- 90m2. Underlay and bamboo will be on site. Double story house. Downstairs on concrete slab. Upstairs section is already timber. Need the following areas done: - Downstairs hallway/passage - Upstairs Office - Upstairs Lounge - Upstairs Dining Room Photos I have are attached, I also have a house plan in pdf (but plan I have does not include upstairs office as plan predates this extension. Office can be seen in photos) House plan can be viewed here. --- We have just bought the house and transfer goes through on the 22nd Feb. We need to move in on the 3rd March so all work needs to be complete by then. Tradesman needs to have all equipment to do the install.
