Area is 2.5m x 3m roughly. Leaking hot water cylinder which has now been replaced. The chipboard floor needs replacing with 20mm tantalized ply. Shower and bath to be removed and a wet floor area made for new shower mixer. Hot water cylinder and toilet to swap positions after floor is replaced as they will have to be moved to replace the floor
