Mangawahi heads flooring replacement

We have a near new build with faulty flooring that needs replacing. I believe a durable vinyl sheet would be the best replacement option (but potentially open to other recomendations) . I need full replacement (lounge/kithen/laundry/2x bathrooms) rough guess of total area around 75m2. The house was also completed without skirtings. So would be interested in quote to include adding squirting boards throughout 106m2 house.
