Floor Removal
Job description
We need someone to come in and remove the underlay from the floors in the Bach in Mangawhai Heads. We have removed the carpet, but the underlay is stuck to the particle board flooring. The area to be removed is probably about 50m2, one common area, and two bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms all had vinyl which we removed already, so it is only the carpet underlay which is left. The address is Mangahwai Heads, Kapira. We would need someone available the week of 18 June.

Wayne was great to deal with. He responded quickly, and the quote was very competitive and was available to do the job on short notice. The removal of the underlay was done perfectly, and the floors are well prepared and well ground down so smooth and ready for the wood laminate to be laid. He was personable and friendly and punctual, arriving exactly when he said and completed the job within the time allowed. I would highly recommend Wayne and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
