New bathroom

I have had a new bathroom installed and the vinyl layer that we thought was lined up can no longer do the job. The area is just under 4 metres long and 2 metres wide. there is a 1200 by 900 shower area (acrylic floor) at one end and a recessed doorway. The hardwood flooring went down today, the stoppers and painters are in next week, after that the job has to wait for the vinyl to be laid.

Two bedroom floors

My son has two bedrooms, one 4x3 the other 3x3 needing sanded and sealed. The carpet in one bedroom is all ripped up and ready to be done. The second bedroom is currently being used but won’t take long to have furniture out and carpet up. House is in the Hawthorndale area. His Dad recently died and I will be with him this coming weekend to get these two rooms sorted so it would be awesome if the floors could be done on Saturday 10th Nov.

Laminate installation

We need 2 living spaces, dining and kitchen to be in laminate. All of the existing flooring need to be removed first. At the moment, 2 living and the dining has carpets and the kitchen has either laminates or vinyl planks. The total area is approx 90spm. We will supply the laminate and underlay.

New Floor

Floor sanding

Am wanting Wooden floors in dining and entrance sanded back and polyurethaned to match kitchen area. Have ripped off old lino off the floor boards and now there is a hairy/sticker layer stuck to the boards so am unsure how to get this off or if it is still possible to sand back. Will need someone to come and and let me know if they can do the job

Floorboard renovation

I would like to remove the carpet from my house and have my floorboards sanded and polished. It is a 3 bedroom home, 100m2. There couple spots that they would need to be replaced, in the lounge as there were some renovations done in the house (fire place removed, walls removed), but not major. Floor boards look in very good condition.
