Install new flooring for a renovation

Install vinyl sheet flooring over 3 adjacent rooms, laundry 5.04 m2, toilet room 1.385 m2, and mudroom 4.562 m2. Install same flooring in main bathroom 2.74 m2. Mudroom has existing floor skirting boards install, however all of the other areas will not. Install vinyl plank over entrance hallway and adjoining kitchen and dining area. Kitchen/dining area 17.83 m2 and hallway 5.95 m2. This entire area has existing skirting boards to consider and a relatively new subfloor installed 2019 in readiness for new flooring. Needs a bit of attention as tradespeople did not level properly in one area. Do not anticipate all flooring to be installed at the same time, as other works happening, but looking for a quote for all at this time. ETA for work, vinyl sheeting in three adjacent rooms July 28 onwards, vinyl plank flooring and residual sheet vinyl in main bathroom at the end of August.
