Living room floor tiles need to be removed so the floors can be sanded and polished. This job is only for the removal of the tiles. Tile material appears to be made up out of small bits and pieces of wood-like material all stuck together, see close-up photos. This rips/splinters easily, making it hard to do by hand. The tiles are stuck to the floor with a black glue, similar to bitumen. This has been tested for asbestos, which came back negative. This does not neccesarily have to be taken off. There are small nails present, see the close up photo with a finger for refference. Seems to be multiple nails per tile. The room is roughly 7.3m by 3.6m.
