A hot water cylinder leaked and ruined the underlay in several rooms, making the vinyl pucker. The vinyl is also old and stained. We want to replaced it with fresh underlay and vinyl. We found some very afforable sheet vinyl at Bunnings, but are open to advice. We are selling the house.
