Ply floor removal and new floor replacement 3x3mish

Hello I have had a leak that has damaged my cheap ply kitchen floor and i would like removal and replacement with a builder. I am having a plumber this week to sort the leak. Id need some discussion on the replacement floor type - eco ply or just subfloor which i can vinyl, depending on suitability for the kitchen space
