Remove tiles and replace by laminate, remove chipboard and replace by plywood

Notes: electric cables and pipes have already been removed from the cup board. This job has two scopes. 1) Small scope Remove floor cupboard and hall for about 2 meters. Fit new treated plywood. Put back existing laminate. Replace Gib board in cupboard 2) Large scope Remove tiles in the kitchen and laundry. Remove floors in hallway, laundry and kitchen as required. Fit new treated plywood. Put new vinyl laminate in the kitchen, laundry and hallway. Replace Gib board in cupboard
