Remove flooring
Job description
Remove old lino and underlay board, which likely has lots of nails in it. Wall to wall, the kitchen measures approximately 3650 x 2000. Our house was built in the 1940s. We are hoping to be able to sand the floor underneath.

So pleased with the end result. Alan was a prompt and clear communicator. He kept to the times he agreed, or provided an update if there was a tweak to the timing. We were thrilled with the finished job and consider it excellent value for what we paid - as we moved the white ware ourselves, the cost of the job was adjusted downwards from the quoted price. Alan was polite and respectful. He cleared away all rubbish and left the area where he was working spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.
