Bathroom floor replaced
Job description
A section of my bathroom floor needs to be replaced due to water damage. It's approximately 1m x 1m. According to the Builder's report, the joists are likely to need attention too. The toilet was taken out 12 weeks ago ready for the builder I had lined up (but am unable to get hold of now), so I'm pretty desperate for this to be remedied!

I am delighted with the work completed. As it was a replacement bathroom floor, it was a huge bonus that Barry is a qualified builder and plumber. Not only was the floor replaced to a high standard, but also the dodgy work previously done on the toilet was sorted and it was reinstalled! I particularly appreciated that Barry kept the bathroom door closed throughout the job, so it meant I had one dusty room instead of every room! The area of removed flooring was taken off very neatly.
