Floor sanding #2

We have 3 bedrooms, landing and 8 stairs which we need sanded ASAP We will be staining/painting them ourselves. A sand-only-quote is required. Nails, staples etc have been removed (with the odd broken off one!) Dimensions: Master bedroom: 3.5 x 4.3m (no wardrobe) bedroom: 2.6 x 3.5m plus Single wardrobe bedroom: 2.75 x 3.5m plus Single wardrobe Stairs: landing 1.5 x 2m. Plus 8 stairs with nosing
