Damaged Laundry Floor

Hi, I have a possible damage in the floor in our laundry most likely because of the moisture. I need it done this week as our circumstances have changed very quickly and we will be leaving wellington next week. Dont think its a very big job as the potential damage is only in the area where the washing machine sits. Can you guys help. Also looking to relay vinyl in kitchen and laundry areas.
